Accommodation
The CEN2018 registration fee does not include accommodation. However, we have blocked a number of hotel rooms from 2nd to 5th October. Participants can make their own bookings separately by contacting the agency at the e-mail indicated in the chart below, mentioning the name of the conference (CEN2018), their own names and exact dates of reservation. Prices include breakfast and VAT.
As for Residences, we have blocked some vacancies at Villa Alaidi and Koisi, which can be accessed through the registration platform (once it is available). Please note that vacancies at Villa Alaidi are in shared rooms of two, three beds (here you buy beds, not rooms) except for 2 single rooms that are also available. Lodging at Koisi is in shared rooms of 8 bunk beds with bathroom. Both with breakfast included.
(We strongly recommend to book hotel accommodation as early as possible. The summer season is very busy and hotels fill up quickly)
